    Perhaps a focus on what makes you not awaken.

    Does suffering or depression help or hinder your awakening process?

    It would be nice if you had a specific episode on depression and how to awaken yourself from a negative mindset. Will psychedelic mushrooms help with depression and/or boderline personality disorder?
