Molonakos mentions the cave and the golden bible company
For the “cave” podcast I was very surprised that you guys didn’t reference Grant Palmer’s “Insiders View” where Palmer extensively cites a German author from which JS clearly cloned his fantasy of the plates in a cave. I’d have to guess he conflates his real hidey-hole in Miners Cave with the German guy’s story. If there’s anything JS was, it was a skilled scam artist. Or an insane charismatic dude.
Great discussion full of so much new and forgotten information.
BTW, in response to the discussion at the 40 minute mark, how do we know the details of Abinadi in King Noah’s court? Alma the Elder who later converted.
