Emancipate Your Mind: 045: Lessons From This Past Month On Dealing With Overwhelm

  • by

I think now, more than ever, we as a people understand the feeling of overwhelm.

Over the past 2 years, we’ve dealt with all kinds of stressors: A world-wide pandemic. A faith transition. Political unrest. Climate change induced disasters. It feels like a lot because it is!

If you’ve been feeling tired, stressed out, anxious, ill, numb, irritable, or unmotivated because it feels like you’re constantly being thrown curve balls and  can’t catch a break…I know that feeling!

This week I draw from my own recent experience with overwhelm to discuss how to identify it and how to begin moving to resolve it.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re the only person who doesn’t have their life perfectly together, I’m hoping this episode will help you feel less alone and feel more hope about moving from overwhelm and into a place where there is more time to rest and recover.
