As humans, we are wired for connection.
Without a sense of connection we begin to wither both emotionally and physically.
When we go through deconstruction, we often feel lonely because we don’t feel fully seen, accepted, and understood by the friends and family we once felt close to.
In this episode, we explore the differences between fitting in and belonging and how we can begin to anchor into self acceptance as a foundation for greater belonging in our lives.
