All Podcasters are subcontractors and not employees for Mormon Discussion Inc. Podcasters are not paid for the first year of their content creation in order to offset the upfront costs in order to get them up and running. After 1 year they receive royalties based on the amount of interaction their podcast receives from its listeners/viewers/followers.
