  1. Hey RFM. Intransitive verbs do not take a direct object. Both transitive and intransitive verbs do take a subject. Passive voice sentences do not have a subject, while intransitive sentences lack an object. Snow was using the passive voice. For example – Transitive verb: I stopped the car (“I” is the subject), Intransitive verb: The car stopped (“car” is the subject”), Passive voice: The car was stopped (subject is unstated). (I loved the podcast otherwise, but you spent way too long on that point, and the repeated error was starting to grate on my ears.) Cheers!

  2. How do I get the audio snippets of the interview. Would love for my wife to listen to it. I couldn’t source this website. I would have to source the SL Trib or some other source that looks church friendly…. I know… super tbm is she… much pain it causes me.

Any contact info for Elder Snow where I could ask him directly on his views of Bushman’s work?

    Love to you all.

  3. What is often forgotten is at this time President Monsons’ mental faculties were in question. This was a Nelson/Oaks policy.
